These guys have always done a good job for me. Their pricing is reasonable and fair. They have never tried to over-sell me on anything when I was installing new equipment which I appreciate. The employees that have been to my home have all been very knowledgeable. When my heater conked out in the middle of the winter they were at my door quickly which is no small thing considering I live pretty far up in the mountains down the Bitterroot. They solved the problem quickly and told me how to solve it myself if it happened again. They look after my heater, air conditioner, and water heater. One of their guys accidentally broke a flimsy little plastic tab on my thermostat cover, only a cosmetic issue that I didn't really care about, but the owner replaced the thermostat no problem anyway. We just had Anderson's install air conditioning on our "new to us" house in Clinton. Yes, they were a little higher than a couple of other estimates, BUT.....John Anderson was so personable and willing to take the time to talk to us about what we needed and expected, that it was well worth it. The installation people were just as personable, very friendly, and extremely competent, and got the job done in ONE day! The office staff was also super friendly and very efficient. We highly recommend giving Anderson's a call if you need heating and/or air conditioning work done.

I needed a new hot water heater. They responded immediately. All personell I came into contact with were professional, kind and knew what they were doing. I was mostly impressed with response time. And the new water heater looks and works great. I recommend and will use in the future.

I had no hot water or heating and called Anderson's Heating and Air Conditioning. There day was booked, yet they came out anyway. Travis from Anderson's found my broiler system to be unsafe. I was unable to pay for the repair at the time. Bob and Darren called me from Anderson's and said they spoke with the owner and told them my situation and said it was more important for me to have heat and hot water. I am in awe at this and my gratitude is beyond words!!!! THANK YOU ANDERSON'S HEATING AIR CONDITIONING AND PLUMBING FOR YOUR COMPASSION IN MY SITUATION!!!!!

Had a new furnace and AC installed in July. John the owner gave the estimate, explained things clearly, was responsive to my questions and willing to consider and work with me on an alternative idea I wanted to pursue with our AC installation. The install went well, Matt and crew were efficient, again communicated well and were thorough in their explanations and instructions. Everyone we dealt with from Anderson's were very professional and friendly.

Anderson Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing is a reliable and professional company. The technician, Travis, was courteous and repaired my plumbing issue in a timely manner. He also arrived at my house when he said he would, which is wonderful! He was dressed professionally and left his work area clean. I will definitely call Anderson again if I have any plumbing issues in the future :)

Our water heater (which also heats the house) failed so we called around to a few places for guidance. After contacting several companies and not hearing back, we called Anderson's. John and his crew were not only very helpful, they were courteous, prompt and solved our 2-week-old problem in a day. I would highly recommend Anderson's, and we will call them for any future needs.
